Costa Rica Tarrazu
This coffee, from the Tarrazu region, derives it's flavour from the rich soil of Costa Rica's central mountainous regions. An important part of this bean's origin and taste is the volcanically filtered water that is used in this prime coffee growing region.
Similar to a Columbian coffee, with a lighter finish. This coffee is generally not available to chains due to its small yield. This is a fully washed coffee with a mild acidity and soft floral notes.
