Old Brown Java

Our Old Brown Java is aged for up to 5 years. The green coffee beans are exposed to the region's moist, warm air throughout the rainy season. This process is known as “monsooning”. It results in a strengthening of the coffee's taste, a weakening of the acidity. A noticeable colour change from the original green hue of the coffee beans to a light brown colour also takes place.
