When this coffee first arrived in Papua New Guinea (PNG), beans from the Blue Mountains of Jamaica were planted. These are the most sought after and rare beans globally. Most of the coffee from PNG is small-lot, selectively grown coffee, coming from as little as 10 - 20 coffee plants per producer. These qualities give PNG coffee a unique and intriguing profile.
